Peel the daikon radish and the carrot, cut into quarters lengthwise, and then slice them crosswise (Or whatever you like, just a bit smaller than bite size pieces).
Slice the pork. (I usually buy pork chop and julienne it)
Heat the soup pot or soup pan and add the vegetable oil. Brown the pork evenly and add the daikon radish and carrot.
Add the dashi stock and bring it to boil. Then lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite size pieces.
Add the potatoes and white wine to the soup and simmer for another 15 minutes.
When the potatoes is soft enough, add the miso paste by dissolving the paste into a bit of the liquid.
Serve it in a small bowl and add green onions on top.
