Blue Marlin (Kajiki) Poke Bowl
Ingredients
  • 280g blue marlin (kajiki)a little more than 1/2 lbs
  • 3tbsp chopped onion
  • 5 mint leavesjulienned
  • 1clove garlic
  • 1tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1.5tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2tsp chili flakes
  • 2bowls cooked rice
Instructions
  1. (Prepare Rice)Cook the rice according to instructions or in a rice cooker.
  2. (Cut)Slice onion thinly then cut into 1/2 inch length. Julienne mint leaves. Mince garlic. Cut the blue marlin into bite size pieces.
  3. (Combine) In a large bowl, put the all ingredients except cooked rice(Obviously🤣) Stir gently and combine. Let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours if you have time. If there is no time, you can just eat it right away.
  4. Serve the poke over rice. Yummy!
