Ingredients
Jelly
  • 1envelope gelatine7g
  • 1 1/2cups coffee360ml (I made coffee using 3 tbsp of coffee beans and 360ml of boiling water)
  • sugarmake it your favorite sweetness
Whipped Cream
  • 1/2cup heavy cream120ml
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract.(Forgot to film the scene in the video)
Other
  • dark chocolate bar
  • vanilla ice cream
Instructions
  1. (Make jelly) Make coffee and add sugar and gelatine. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into your favorite glasses. Remove bubbles from the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. (Make whipped cream) Pour heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. (I used ice cubes to keep the bowl cold.)
  4. Put whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and shaved chocolate on top. Enjoy!
